Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we begin the 2025–26 school year, I want to extend a warm welcome back to all of our families. A new school year is always filled with anticipation, opportunities, and the promise of growth for our students, and I am confident this year will be no exception.
I would also like to acknowledge and apologize for any inconvenience caused by some of the late adjustments to teaching assignments that were necessary over the summer. These changes were made with great care to ensure that every student is placed in the best possible learning environment. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these transitions were finalized.
I am proud to share that we have assembled an exceptional team of educators for the upcoming year. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to student success will serve as the foundation for an outstanding educational experience for your children.
Thank you for your continued trust and partnership in supporting our schools. Together, we can ensure that every student in the Napavine School District is given the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve their fullest potential.
As we continue to work hard to get ready for the start of the school year, I wanted to share with you some information on what is happening in our school district starting next week.

School Meal Information
Meal Service/Provision 2
Napavine School District participates in the National School Lunch Program, the School Breakfast Program, or the Special Milk Program. Near the beginning of each school year, the district provides both parents and the public with information about free and reduced-price meals and/or free milk. Napavine Elementary School will participate in the base year of Provision 2 of the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program for the 2025-2026 school year. Meals will be provided at no cost to students in elementary school regardless of their eligibility status. During this base year the district will continue to collect meal applications. This data will be used to determine claiming percentages for subsequent years to come. For more information, please visit our district website https://www.napavineschools.org/o/nsd/page/child-nutrition or contact Debbie Bagge at the Napavine Elementary Office at 360-262-3303.
Meal Applications
Please find the link below to our website food service page where the CNEEB (Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit Application) can be located. We encourage you to fill out the CNEEB application to continue to be eligible for meal benefits, Summer EBT benefits, reduced fees for other programs and activities and to help secure other educational funding for our district. Filling out the CNEEB will help us to qualify to offer meals at no cost to elementary students in coming years. We also encourage you to fill out the CNEEB application for your middle/high school students to be eligible for future opportunities to receive meals at no cost, as well as other benefits.
