The 9th grade ASB team will be hosting the 2026 Daddy Daughter Dance on May 29th from 7-9pm in the Elementary Gym. The ASB is looking for help gathering donations for the dance.
There is currently a need for the following food and beverages:
● 6 cases of water.
● 10-12 cases of juice boxes.
● 10-12 cases of cookies (No peanuts).
If you are unable to donate any food or beverages, volunteers for chaperoning the dance are needed. They are looking for at least 4 chaperones, but the more the merrier! Chaperone duties include:
● Ticket Takers: Take tickets from attendees and mark them off the provided list and/or sell tickets to families that arrive to the dance without tickets. Money box will be provided.
● Photo takers: Attendees will have the opportunity to take pictures using their own phones in front of a backdrop at the dance, your job would be to take the photo using the attendee’s phone.
● Inside Chaperones: Supervise the dance floor and help solve any problems that arise.
● Outside Chaperones: Depending on the weather, it’s possible that students may want to play on the recess field during the dance.
If you are able to donate food or beverages or interested in chaperoning, please contact Ms. Eacker via email at geacker@napavineschools.org or by phone at 360 262-3301 ext. 2503. You can drop off food or beverages to Ms. Eacker in her classroom or have your student drop them off to their teacher where they can be gathered at a later time. Volunteers for chaperoning will have a form to fill out prior to the dance.
